Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued after a class has been purchased.  Instead, a one-time class rescheduling can be made. 

• A rescheduled class must occur within 6 months from original class date.  All course fees are forfeited by the registrant if a replacement class has not been attended within the 6-month period.

•  Any ‘No Call-No Shows’ at the start time of the Session are not eligible for a refund or session credit.

To reschedule your course, please contact us with the following information:

• The name of the class, along with the originally scheduled date
• The date of your requested reschedule.

Red Devil Arms reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time for any reason.

Notification of a canceled training class will be provided within 5 days of the class. In emergency situations Red Devil Arms reserves the right to cancel a scheduled training class in less than 24 hours.

Red Devil Arms is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or other accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.
